I am still eating by 6am, maybe because I eat my last meal around 5pm and breastfeed all through the night, I do 10, 000 steps and the baby fat is dropping gradually, I have been eating lots of meat and eggs I have seen the impact on my health Thank you DOF.

My big tummy is down, heartburn gone, feeling heavy gone. Since I ditched everything sugar. I eat sweet fruits ones in a while when it’s in season, even my children there health has improved seriously cause I give them eggs everyday and also cucumber infused water. What is remaining now is seed oil because of husband wahala and waking up with headache which I believe is caused by stress . I really thank God the gift of you. When I finish breastfeeding I will join fully in IF. REMAIN BLESSED SIR DOF

I need a complete change of wardrobe as all my clothes are currently agbada on me… Started the year weighing 114kg, Currently weighing 85kg At the point I chose to work on my diet was when I stumbled on this page. It helped a great deal. Knee pain gone, naval pain that was supposed to take me back to the theatre for another repair surgery gone I am more confident, healthier, I sleep well, steady intermittent fast (OMAD or TMAD). I walk alot and don’t even feel tired My parent have been successfully initiated, and they have less complains about their health now. I’ll keep spreading the gospel ❤ Well done DOF

No more indigestion No more ulcer No more heartburn Reduced weight I no longer feel hungry unnecessarily. Eats twice Daily now, 11am and 6pm Intermittent fasting, water therapy, cut out sugars, bread or anything flour baked, protein intake-egg 🥚, fish 🐠, and meat 🥩 has really helped me alot. Most times I eat boiled eggs and fish or meat 🥩 just like that as my meal. I exercise Daily too(been my routine for years now) My overall health is rating 8/10 now Am still documenting, I will share my story some day. All thinks to Doctor of the future’s teachings. He has taught me alot. I now do research on my own too and even preach health tips to my family and friends that cares to hear. This page is a life saving page.
